                              RESOLUTION NO. 21274
                
                
                 A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE DEPARTMENT OF
                 PUBLIC WORKS TO ENTER INTO AN AGREEMENT WITH
                 SOIL RESTORATION AND RECYCLING, L.L.C.,
                 RELATIVE TO TREATMENT OF DIESEL FUEL
                 CONTAMINATED SOIL AT THE SUMMIT LANDFILL, FOR A
                 COST NOT TO EXCEED FIFTEEN THOUSAND DOLLARS
                 ($15,000.00).
                
                
                                                    
                
                
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, that the Department of Public Works be 
and
       is hereby authorized to enter into an Agreement with Soil
       Restoration and Recycling, L.L.C., relative to treatment of 
diesel
       fuel contaminated soil at the Summit Landfill, for a cost not to
       exceed $15,000.00.
